| Invergarry & Fort Augustus Railway. An undated third class Parl'y return from Spean Bridge to Aberchalder rubber stamped CANCELLED on the back. The I&FA opened on 22 July 1903 and was worked from the outset by the Highland Railway even though detached from its own system. This arrangement was terminated in 1907, the North British Railway taking over from 1 May that year. (see also Lot 379). |
